In 1938 Domingo Martín started a small business crafting fine, artisan sheep milk cheese. Three generations later, his small creamery has become a reference in its sector.

Our know-how, our recipes and our strict quality controls ensure the finesse of our cheese. The quality,
texture and taste of our award-winning cheeses have been widely recognised over the years.

Our select family of cheeses, DM, LUYAN and ESQUILA, pay homage to the essential source of its taste: the sheep. Sheep coming from our land, the Zamora land, ovine area “par excellence”.
