Aged sheep milk cheese with a strong flavor, a well defined sheep aroma, hard texture, dark ivory color, and small and uneven eyes.
Ageing: approx. 5 months.
Fat-free dry matter: 60% Minimum fat in dry matter: 50%
Ingredients:
Sheep milk, salt, rennet, lactic ferments.
Size:
